💰 RETURN & REFUND POLICY — StrengthSupplement

We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing from StrengthSupplement. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a fair and simple process.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide detailed instructions and the appropriate return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo inspection to confirm its condition. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

If your product arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days. Include clear photos of the issue and packaging. After verification, we will replace the item or issue a full refund — including return shipping costs.

For returns unrelated to defects or errors, customers may be responsible for return postage. Shipping fees paid during the initial order may not be refundable unless required by law.

Direct exchanges are not offered at this time. To exchange an item, simply return your original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.

Returns that fail to meet policy conditions may be rejected. If so, we will notify you and offer to ship the item back (customer may cover shipping).
