Orders process in 1–3 business days and typically deliver within 3–7 business days across the United States. Tracking details are provided via email once your order ships.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the U.S. only. International options may be added in the future.

4. Do you accept returns?
Yes — unused and unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened supplements can only be returned if defective or damaged. Refunds process within 5–7 business days after inspection.
